Shipping Method & Courier
We ship our products by either standard air mail or expedited shipping. A tracking number will be provided to you by email once your package has been dispatched. You could trace your package by clicking into the courier's link with your tracking number.

To find out the shipping rates of your order, simply add the item(s) you want to purchase to the shopping cart and the available shipping methods and their shipping rates will be shown on the cart page.
This table shows an estimate of our shipping rates for your reference. For countries not on the list, please refer to the “add to shopping cart” method mentioned above.
Delivery by standard air mail usually takes about 10 to 20 working days which is about 2 to 4 weeks. For Brazilian customers, delivery could take 1 to 3 months due to local custom security and postal service in Brazil. Several factors could affect delivery time, such as custom inspection, peak season for postal service such as Christmas, recipients' local postal service, and extreme weather conditions. Please note that the delivery period could be delayed due to increased security measures on all inbound international air mail packages.
Delivery by expedited shipping to most countries takes about 3-5 working days. PO box delivery address will not be accepted.
Import Duties & Taxes
Any customs or import duties or taxes are charged once the package arrives at its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. We do not have information on what the cost would be as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
Should customers refuse to accept a parcel due to import taxes or fail to be contacted by courier to pay for import taxes, they take full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees, and they must bear any loss resulting from that. No refund will be accepted in this case.
Please be aware that if you don't choose to pay the import taxes we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred by Wigisfashion.au to you.
Bounced Back / Returned Packages
Some reasons for bounced back or returned packages are insufficient address, incorrect address or unclaimed packages. It is buyers' responsibility to provide us with the correct and complete mailing address and make sure he/she is available on delivery. The time it takes for the package to return back to us ranges from 1-3 months; and upon receiving the package, we will contact buyer to arrange for re-sending the package. Buyer will be charged for the postage to re-send the package. If buyer wants to cancel the order and get a refund, there will be a 20% cancellation fees applied on the item price as per our policy. Postage is also non-refundable in this case.
