Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery by standard air mail usually takes about 8 to 15 working days which is about 1 to 2 weeks. For Brazilian customers, delivery could take 1 to 3 months due to local custom security and postal service in Brazil. Several factors could affect delivery time, such as custom inspection, peak season for postal service such as Christmas, recipients' local postal service, and extreme weather conditions. Please note that the delivery period could be delayed due to increased security measures on all inbound international air mail packages.

Delivery by expedited shipping to most countries takes about 3-8 working days. PO box delivery address will not be accepted.

Import Duties & Taxes

Any customs or import duties or taxes are charged once the package arrives at its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. We do not have information on what the cost would be as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.

Should customers refuse to accept a parcel due to import taxes or fail to be contacted by courier to pay for import taxes, they take full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees, and they must bear any loss resulting from that. No refund will be accepted in this case.

Please be aware that if you don't choose to pay the import taxes we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred by Wigisfashion.au to you.

Bounced Back / Returned Packages

Some reasons for bounced back or returned packages are insufficient address, incorrect address or unclaimed packages. It is buyers' responsibility to provide us with the correct and complete mailing address and make sure he/she is available on delivery. The time it takes for the package to return back to us ranges from 1-3 months; and upon receiving the package, we will contact buyer to arrange for re-sending the package. Buyer will be charged for the postage to re-send the package. If buyer wants to cancel the order and get a refund, there will be a 20% cancellation fees applied on the item price as per our policy. Postage is also non-refundable in this case.

I chose this wig for a cosplay of Jude Duarte from The Cruel Prince, and to be honest this wig is perfect : the quality of the hair is perfect, the waves are beautiful, the hairline is very natural, you have a very good volume and density of the hair. Also, I made the horns myself and if you need more hair, they have weft with the same hair color, which is very nice if you need extra hair. Anyway I’m very satisfied with this one !

Beautiful

I’m genuinely so happy with this wig! It didn’t take long to arrive at all, and the quality is beautiful. It’s soft and long, and very thick. It’s comfortable to wear and I’m looking forward to styling it for cosplay purposes. The hairline is so natural, and the packaging was great. It came boxed, in a satin bag and with 2 wig caps. The wig itself comes with these little comb attachments that help it stay fixed in the hair. I had a good experience shopping here and will definitely be buying from here again.

Beautiful wig

It’s a stunning and natural wig! This is the first wig I ever got from WIF but it amazed me. The curls are long lasting and the wig is extremely natural. It’s comfortable and just overall stunning. Originally I got it for Belle (beauty and the beast) but I use it for a lot of things now. I love it for Feyre too! It’s super easy to style, which helps make it such a great allround wig.

Perfect natural brown wig

This wig is resilient! I've wash and tinted it with RitDyeMore repeatedly and it always straightens back into a silky smooth texture. It's a lovely warm brown and looks very natural.

Beautiful Rich Wig!

This wig is so easy to style, and a really beautiful brown. It holds up well, and I haven't had any issues with it. The curls stayed well, and was easy to put on. The only thing I will need to do in the future is lace front tape to keep it down.
